depo8 is a co-working space for small business and creatives, just off Chapel St in Prahran, Melbourne.
We’re a friendly bunch who love embracing the many awesome coffee, lunch and drinking spots in the area. Of course, on top of all the great work we do.
Our large warehouse space (466sqm) is light filled, spacious and uplifting.
Our aim is to help businesses in their early stages. Whether you’re a freelancer, a startup, or a company setting up a new office there is a range of options for you.
You can choose a full time desk or six …. or opt for a hot desk plan. Either way you get fast WIFI, all outgoings, coffee, tea, and access to all meeting rooms and chill areas included in your desk rental.
Hot desk plans start from $100/desk/month plus GST for use one day per week. Access for hot desk plans is typically 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Ask us about flexible after working options.
A full time desk gives you 24×7 access for $500/desk/month plus GST.
Our Rooms:
– BOARDROOM – The room is 5m x 5m and seats up to 10 people around the boardroom table. This room is equipped with a 42” TV monitor for presentations and a whiteboard. You can serve food and rink in the room.
– MEETING ROOM – Our second meeting room is 2.5m x 5m and seats up to six people around the table. It has a whiteboard.
– QUITE ROOMS – We have two quite rooms, designed for Skype and private calls. Each room has a 1.8m desk and seats up to two people.
– CHILL AREAS – You can chill out or break out in our lounge and dining rooms. Both seat up to 10 people.
– KITCHEN – Our kitchen does what most kitchens do. You can store food, make tea or coffee, prepare and heat your meals.
THE FINE PRINT
All monthly payments are due monthly in advance and room bookings are due in advance of the booking.
For full time desks:
We do require an upfront bond of one months rent and one month’s notice is required by either you or us at the end of your stay.
